Michael Chaybeh - Web3 Executive

With 15+ years across Web3 ventures and premium aviation service, Michael Chaybeh has built his career as an operator: originating partnerships, discovering product direction from community and market signal, and leading senior technical teams. His Web3 work spans token launch infrastructure, payment systems, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem development across 100+ industry conferences.

As Founder & CEO of Blockchain Central — the operating brand of Blockchain Sync DMCC — Michael co-leads the studio with his co-founder. The studio shipped 2 distinct token launch infrastructures on its Web3PayHub platform, closed 5 infrastructure sales to funded Web3 projects, and built an onboarding dashboard with affiliate payouts via HD-wallet architecture.

Previously, from October 2021 to April 2024, Michael was appointed CEO of StreamCoin by founding company TNC IT Group. He raised an $11.7M ICO, led the post-raise build of the multistreaming product and NFT marketplace, and grew the platform to 150K registered users (30K active) while leading a ~150-person organization across development, marketing, and customer support. Alongside his operating roles, he also ran an independent blockchain training practice, with 200+ individuals trained over 5 years.

Foundation in Operations

Earlier in his career, Michael spent 10.5 years with Emirates, promoted through every cabin class before reaching Cabin Supervisor — leading teams of up to 7 crew per flight in safety-critical, multinational environments. This experience shaped his approach to operations, compliance, team leadership, and decision-making under pressure.

This foundation in high-stakes operational environments informs Michael's current work in blockchain—where precision, reliability, and clear communication are equally essential. The discipline and process-oriented thinking developed during this period continue to influence how he builds and leads teams today.
