  1. 2024–Present

    Co-Founder & CEO, Blockchain Central · Web3PayHub

    I lead customer discovery, proposals, delivery coordination and commercial decisions with specialist developers and an outsourced technical lead.

    A Web3 product and technology consultancy business focused on crypto payments, token-launch infrastructure and custom platforms. Projects include Web3PayHub and the payment and subscription integration delivered for AI Signals.

  2. 2021–2024

    Appointed CEO, StreamCoin

    Company context — StreamCoin

    I led the ICO that raised US$11.7 million and coordinated delivery across MeiTalk and the AngryMonky NFT marketplace. Over six months, AngryMonky reached approximately 150,000 registrations with connected wallets, 30,000 monthly active traders and 100 creators; monthly active meant at least one trade that month. MeiTalk reached limited beta for selected creators. Wider access and payment features were deferred pending scaling and compliance readiness. I coordinated approximately 150 shared staff through eight managers and leads.

  3. 2010–2020

    Cabin service & supervisory leadership, Emirates

    I progressed through economy, business and first class to cabin supervisor, led multinational teams of up to ten crew members in safety-critical operations and coached colleagues. I received three Najm Awards, including recognition for a printer-location improvement adopted across the Boeing 777-300 fleet.

Training that connects knowledge to practice

I delivered more than 250 blockchain workshops, including approximately 120 separate onboarding sessions for TNC. Sessions combined live demonstrations, practical exercises, assessments and follow-up mentorship. I adapted the content when assessments revealed misunderstandings.
