Infrastructure delivered; presale not activated at handover

Challenge

Nontechnical founders needed token-launch infrastructure they could control and extend.

My contribution

Defined reusable modules, separated standard and premium scope, coordinated developers and managed external smart-contract audit remediation, retesting and UAT.

Outcome

The initial external smart-contract audit required remediation; the relevant fixes passed subsequent audit review. After remediation and retesting, the premium implementation passed UAT 45 days after kickoff. At handover, the infrastructure was ready for customer activation, but the customer had not launched its presale. A separate customer received frontend phase one, with phase two awaiting authorization.

Challenge

Crypto membership payments without requiring customers to connect a wallet.

My contribution

Led discovery and staged HD-wallet feasibility validation with specialists. Coordinated frontend, backend, Web3 and DevOps delivery, independent manual and automated QA, acceptance and handover, including late-payment handling.

Outcome

Delivered crypto checkout without customer wallet connection, confirmed payments triggering membership activation and affiliate commission distribution. Discovery, launch and handover took approximately four months.

Challenge

Build adoption while targeting NFT traders and creators with a constrained marketing budget.

My contribution

Coordinated product and marketing. Tracked campaign traffic separately from registrations and platform activity, and tightened influencer screening after identifying an audience mismatch.

Outcome

Over six months: approximately 150,000 registrations with connected wallets, 30,000 monthly active traders and 100 creators. Monthly active meant trading at least once during that month.

Challenge

Shared inboxes obscured ownership; customers sometimes waited a week for a response.

My contribution

Introduced response ownership, practical coaching, email/Telegram cross-training, a 48-hour customer-update commitment and continuing weekly performance reviews.

Outcome

Typical responses improved to 2–4 hours. Evidence on workload and service quality supported a director-approved reorganisation from 16 staff to eight while maintaining coverage. Kept the 48-hour customer-update commitment; response and update times were distinct from resolution times.

September 2026 · Testnet prototype

My contribution

Defined the purchase journey and acceptance criteria for an AI-agent spending prototype, including budget limits, recipient authorization and payment approval. Coordinated integration across a five-person team covering frontend, backend, AI and smart contracts.

Outcome

Prioritized verified Sepolia testnet payment evidence and blocked-payment scenarios for the hackathon submission.

Testnet and simulated prototype scope; not a production launch or a fully verified hosted end-to-end implementation.

QuantaResume is a publicly accessible resume-building demo with editing, role-targeting, AI-assistance and review/export interfaces, including a one-page export workflow. Its sign-in interface offers Google authentication.

I use AI-assisted research, documentation and workflow coordination with human review, defining the scope and reviewing outputs with specialists.
